 Nature Therapy Program
We believe that bringing nature into our lives can greatly support our mental wellbeing. These sessions involve tailored activities and interventions which are designed to enhance skills as well as one's emotional wellbeing.

Nature Based Therapy at Bloom and Grow Therapy is based on the needs of each person. A holistic approach is implemented in this program and it is guided by recovery oriented principles and evidenced based interventions.

It can involve walk and talk therapy, certain evidenced based interventions like mindfulness, relaxation strategies, and psychoeducation, as well as creative and expressive practices such as art therapy, journaling, therapeutic horticulture and nature based activities.
Sessions are offered one on one and as a small group for NDIS clients, to those aged 16 years and over.
