Nature Therapy Program

We are currently taking expressions of interest for our Group Therapy program for NDIS participants. These sessions take advantage of one of the local parks in Brisbane. Let us know if you're interested in securing a place or if you would like further information by clicking the button below.
Programs run in 8 week blocks and are facilitated by an Australian Association of Social Worker's registered Social Worker.
*Groups are usually made up of between 2-4 people. The size of groups is intentionally kept small to ensure more quality engagement.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Therapeutic Supports

We provide individual and group based services  for self managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. This is to help build capacity and improve overall living skills. At this time, we do not provide services for NDIS-managed funding. All services are provided by Social Worker registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

Sessions are tailored for the needs and abilities of individuals and aim to:
  • Identify and work towards new goals
  • Enhance social skills to develop and enhance relationships
  • Build and develop skills to support emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Identify strategies to help with difficult thoughts, feeling, and emotions as well as stress
  • Support life changes and transitions
  • Work on personal recovery
  • Facilitate self-exploration
  • Encourage and support independence, connection, choice, empowerment, and hope
