Older Adult Wellbeing

At Bloom and Grow Therapy, we believe that ageing is not just a physical journey—it’s an emotional, relational, and spiritual one. Our counselling, psychotherapy and social work services are designed to gently support older adults as they navigate change, grief, identity, and belonging. Now with Support at Home, older Australians have more flexibility to choose services that truly reflect their needs and values—including emotional wellbeing and psychosocial support. These services are recognised as clinical interventions under aged care guidelines—and can be funded through the Support at Home program, when included in your care plan. Privately funded support is also available.

Why Clinical Emotional Support Matters
Older adults often carry deep emotional stories—grief, caregiving, spiritual reflection, and the quiet ache of change.
Our person-centred, trauma-informed approach honours these experiences with warmth, respect, and clinical integrity.
