"What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” Dr Jane Goodall

Your Clinician - Meet Sara
Accredited Social Worker and Counsellor

I created Bloom and Grow Therapy to nurture hope, to hold space for healing, and to honour the quiet courage it takes to grow. With warmth, presence, and deep listening, I walk alongside people through life’s seasons — from loss and change to rediscovery and renewal. My approach is holistic, person‑centred, and trauma‑informed, grounded in the belief that every person carries an innate capacity for meaning, resilience, and connection.

I believe therapy is for everyone. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support; sometimes we come to therapy to understand ourselves more deeply, to untangle old patterns, to navigate transitions, or simply to have a space where our inner world can breathe. Therapy can offer clarity, grounding, and a sense of being accompanied — especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. It can also support people to reconnect with their values, rediscover purpose, and cultivate a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

I understand that self‑expression can take immense courage. I strive to create a welcoming, relaxed, and safe space where people feel seen and heard. My practice is rooted in a humanistic and holistic philosophy, focusing on the person rather than a diagnosis. I honour the uniqueness of each individual and recognise that an enriching and meaningful life looks different for everyone.

Working with people and being entrusted with their stories is a privilege I never take lightly. Together, we explore what it means to live with compassion, connection, and authenticity — in ways that feel true to you.
